The setting of hotel was marvellous, away from the events I wanted to attend. What's more, it was adjacent to great beaches, the harbour, and bars and local restaurants. The breakfast was great with a huge variety of fresh food.

The "vibrant" atmosphere was actually just loud guests shouting and playing music at 3am, how charming. And don't even get me started on the cleaning-or lack thereof! My room went untouched for two days. I was expecting a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but i suppose that's too much to ask for here. Could've been a good stay, but definitely not.

This will save you time and money
You'll be kinda surprised by the quality of the all-inclusive experience. The pools are spacious, never too crowded, and finding a sunbed is easy. Plus, a lovely 5-minute walk gets you to the water boat, perfect for fine sunset rides to San Antonio. Amazing value for your trip!

Families should consider this one
Kids loved the entertainment team especially Ashley and Nicole who made sure they always had something fun to do.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

Despite the positives, the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, with dusty corners and questionable bathroom hygiene. The all-inclusive drinks were a bit misleading too, with limited choices on offer and a frustrating token system that dampened the vibe. And let's not forget the noise from adjacent rooms-eek! It was like sharing midnight snacks with our neighbors.
